Adding to the excitement of the annual St. Thomas Carnival, which originated in 1916 and revived in 1952, Tutu Park Mall partners with local community organizations to showcase an electrifying Carnival presentation. Hold on to your seats while you enjoy the skillful performances of baton-twirling majorettes, stilt-dancing Moko Jumbies and a kaleidoscope of brightly colored costumes.
